Global Biodiversity Center

As Research and Social Media Coordinator of the Global Biodiversity Center, I help spread awareness about the importance of biodiversity conservation, as well as biodiversity-related research being conducted at Colorado State University. I plan and manage engagement events to help the general public interface with researchers and understand the value of global biodiversity and its protection. I also help develop policy workshops to train faculty and post-doctoral students on how to better impact policy as it relates to biodiversity conservation. Finally, I actively manage the GBC’s social media accounts, presenting educational information from various news and scientific outlets from around the world to our ever-growing audience.
